Interaction between form, color and material
Experimentation with material, color and form is an important part of my Jewelry making concepts. I like to use material from everyday life in combination with precious materials for my pieces. The large volume, flexibility and material come together to create an interesting visual play in my jewelry pieces. My pieces interact with the wearer, encouraging a playful co-designer role in making interesting and new combinations. The design is based upon a modular system, in which its form is not only changeable but also expandable. They are inspired from the natural and complex systems that already exist in nature. Nature provides many different creative patterns, forms and systems, that truly fascinate and inspire me.
